How Long Have you worked at Southern Hospitality?
Two years in July… right from the beginning!
Where are you originally from?
Orange County, NY (the REAL O.C.)
How long have you lived in New York City?
2 ½ years
What makes you a great bartender?
I enjoying working with and meeting new people every day, and like a fast-paced, challenging environment.
What makes Southern Hospitality so special?
The people that work here, our ridiculously good fried chicken, and of course our kick-ass clientele.
What are your goals for the future?
To open a chimpanzee sanctuary, which is basically a retirement home for chimps in biomedical labs.
What the most exciting thing you did all week?
I bought my ticket to Kenya last night, for a one week safari!
What is your favorite thing on the Southern Hospitality Menu?
Fried Chicken with corn on the cob, baked beans and a biscuit.
What’s your favorite Southern Hospitality memory?
Probably our infamous staff Holiday parties, as well as the time I got to talk to Kid Rock while he was in the restaurant.
